PAYMENT POLICY FOR BIRDING TOURS.

PRE PAYMENT:

It is require the 25% of the total amount as a prepayment at the moment of the confirmation of the trip.

FINAL PAYMENT:

It is require the 75% of the total amount one month before the starting date of the trip. 

If you cancel two days or less before departure, the day of departure or during the tour, no money can be refunded

Cancellation policy for tours:

PRE PAYMENT:

If you cancel after the confirmation of the trip, it is refunded the 50% of the Pre Payment.  

FINAL PAYMENT:

If you cancel more than two weeks before starting of the trip it is refunded the 50% of the Final Payment. If you cancel two weeks or less before the starting of the trip will be not refunded.
